Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1187P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1187P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU6-1187P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1187P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUSC, and READ are the cancer types where RNU6-1187P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
