The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNU6-1179P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1179P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, BLCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU6-1179P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
