Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1174P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1174P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher RNU6-1174P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1174P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and MESO show a favorable association.

THYM, UCEC, and READ are the cancer types where RNU6-1174P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
