Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-1169P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,137 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-1169P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA secondary structure unwinding, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with RNU6-1169P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-1169P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-1169P results are reported.
