Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1165P RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1165P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-1165P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1165P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LGG show a favorable association.

BLCA, ACC, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU6-1165P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
