Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1149P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1149P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU6-1149P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1149P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, KIRC, and TGCT are the cancer types where RNU6-1149P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
