Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1148P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1148P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-1148P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1148P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where RNU6-1148P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
