Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1127P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1127P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RNU6-1127P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1127P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and STAD show a favorable association.

TGCT, LUAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU6-1127P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
