Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1122P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1122P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNU6-1122P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1122P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC, UCS, and ACC are the cancer types where RNU6-1122P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
