Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-1102P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,850 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-1102P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Regulation of DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RNU6-1102P in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-1102P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-1102P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process grouped by RNU6-1102P-low versus RNU6-1102P-high in UCEC.
