Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1100P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1100P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU6-1100P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1100P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

HNSC, BRCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where RNU6-1100P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
