Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1091P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1091P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6-1091P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1091P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUSC show a favorable association.

KIRC, ESCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where RNU6-1091P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
