Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1062P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1062P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNU6-1062P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1062P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

THCA, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU6-1062P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
