Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1054P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1054P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNU6-1054P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1054P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and TGCT show a favorable association.

LUAD, UVM, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNU6-1054P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
