Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1049P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1049P expression is associated with patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1049P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, RNU6-1049P RNA expression shows 3,070 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight BLCA, PRAD, and BRCA as cancer lineages where RNU6-1049P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
