Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1043P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1043P expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1043P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Additionally, RNU6-1043P RNA expression shows 6,807 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UVM, PAAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-1043P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
