Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1036P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1036P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNU6-1036P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1036P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and HNSC show a favorable association.

BRCA, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU6-1036P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
