Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1017P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1017P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RNU6-1017P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1017P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

OV, BLCA, and ACC are the cancer types where RNU6-1017P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
