Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1009P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1009P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-1009P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1009P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU6-1009P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
