The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RNU4ATAC8P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4ATAC8P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, KIRC, and SARC are the cancer types where RNU4ATAC8P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
