The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU4ATAC12P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4ATAC12P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, BRCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNU4ATAC12P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
