Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-90P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-90P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RNU4-90P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-90P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, MESO, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU4-90P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
