Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-88P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-88P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RNU4-88P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-88P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU4-88P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
