Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-84P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-84P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RNU4-84P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-84P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM, CESC, and UVM are the cancer types where RNU4-84P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
