Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-83P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-83P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RNU4-83P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-83P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and STAD show a favorable association.
READ, ESCA, and STAD are the cancer types where RNU4-83P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
