Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-67P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNU4-67P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where RNU4-67P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNU4-67P is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD are the cancer types where RNU4-67P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
