Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-51P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-51P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU4-51P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-51P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and BLCA show a favorable association.

CHOL, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU4-51P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
