Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-66P RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-66P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RNU2-66P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-66P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, STAD, and LAML are the cancer types where RNU2-66P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
