Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-62P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-62P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU2-62P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-62P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU2-62P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
