Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-59P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-59P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU2-59P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-59P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and GBM are the cancer types where RNU2-59P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
