Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-39P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-39P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU2-39P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-39P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and STAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, PAAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNU2-39P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
