Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-36P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-36P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RNU2-36P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-36P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
PAAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU2-36P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
