Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-34P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-34P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU2-34P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-34P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, HNSC, and OV are the cancer types where RNU2-34P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
