Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU105C RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU105C data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RNU105C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU105C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCS, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where RNU105C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
