associated omics data
RNA, U1 small nuclear 98, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU1-98P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU1-98P expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU1-98P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, RNU1-98P RNA expression shows 6,356 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight PAAD, LUSC, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU1-98P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU1-98P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU1-98P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (7). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU1-98P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU1-98P expression shows unfavorable associations in PAAD, LUSC, SARC, THYM, OV and PCPG. The PAAD Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .016). Together, the overview and detailed table identify PAAD as the clearest survival context for RNU1-98P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU1-98P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU1-98P shows higher tumor expression in LUSC. The LUSC box plot shows higher RNU1-98P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.047, t-test p = .026).
