RNU1-95P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-95P RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU1-95P-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRK, SLC28A2, and PPP1R3A. Each is linked with RNU1-95P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-95P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-95P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRK grouped by RNU1-95P-low versus RNU1-95P-high in OV.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU1-95P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU1-95P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
