Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-35P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-35P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RNU1-35P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-35P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, STAD, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU1-35P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
