Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-32P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-32P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU1-32P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-32P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, COAD, and LAML are the cancer types where RNU1-32P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
