Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-140P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-140P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNU1-140P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-140P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC, BLCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU1-140P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
