Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-130P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-130P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU1-130P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-130P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, KIRC, and UCS are the cancer types where RNU1-130P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
