Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-117P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-117P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RNU1-117P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-117P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD, HNSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU1-117P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
