Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-100P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-100P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNU1-100P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-100P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and CHOL show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU1-100P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
