Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU1-1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUSC, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU1-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
