Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPS1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNPS1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, Transcription by RNA polymerase III, and XMP metabolic process. Each is linked with RNPS1P1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPS1P1-to-partner and partner-to-RNPS1P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery grouped by RNPS1P1-low versus RNPS1P1-high in ESCA.
