Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4752, MIR3938, and MIR502. Each is linked with RNPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPS1-to-partner and partner-to-RNPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
