Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells, Basophils, and Macrophages M2. Each is linked with RNPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPS1-to-partner and partner-to-RNPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
