Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,011 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, and Nucleosome organization. Each is linked with RNPS1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPS1-to-partner and partner-to-RNPS1 results are reported.
