Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNPEPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,633 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPEPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA metabolic process, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase III promoter, and Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with RNPEPL1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPEPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RNPEPL1 results are reported.
