RNPEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,231 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPEP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT1L, BROX, and C1orf226_S223. Each is linked with RNPEP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-RNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNPEP versus TRMT1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
