RNPEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPEP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Astrocytes, Macrophages, and Neurons. Each is linked with RNPEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-RNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Astrocytes grouped by RNPEP-low versus RNPEP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
